I was in too much hurry that I parked my car in wrong way and went inside the mall without caring about the car.
After doing my work, I walked towards Zain who was talking with a girl outside the mall,
Why it's looking like they aren't talking but arguing? I walked towards him but stopped in the mid way remembring about my car whom I parked in wrong way, Shit- I changed my way and walked towards parking lot to see a girl trying to park her car but because of my car she isn't able to park,
I went towards my car, getting inside car I parked it in right way. Coming out of the car I went towards her for saying sorry, she got out of the car and turned towards me in that moment I was freeze at my place,
My heart skipped a beat, She started yelling at me for my stupidity but my focus was on her, the way she was yelling at me no one dared ever to talk with me looking directly into my eyes but here she's yelling at me directly looking into my eyes without caring about who am I?
I liked it, I Don't know myself why I didn't say anything stood there silently looking at her features,
Her gaze was warm and inviting, with eyes the color of rich chocolate,
her curly brown hair framed her face with sleek sophistication,
Her sun-kissed skin shone with a golden glow,
her full, rosy lips curled into a capivating smile,
Her beauty was breathtaking, a work of art, she was a goddess and divine

She stopped yelling at me and directly looked into my soul with her those rich chocolate piercing eyes,

Her voice was like a gentle breeze on a summer day, warm and soothing. It wrapped around me like a soft blanket, comforting and reassuring with a subtle huskiness that added depth and character, her tone was effortlessly calming, capable of dissolving tension and worry. Every word was infused with kindness and compassion, making me feel heard and understood.
I don't myself but in this moment I wanted to make her mine, if someone will ask me for stand all day listening her, I'll gladly do that but she walked away from me and I stood there looking at her walking figure,
My heart started aching knowing she's leaving and I won't be able to meet her again, Will I?
What I felt in last few minutes, I never felt like that. My heart was just screaming that,

Whole the car ride, My focus was on her. I don't know myself why I played that song knowing now it's nothing like those days,

"What are you doing here? Leave me otherwise I will start screaming," She ordered me to leave her but all I do to come more closer to her, Her back was touching my chest and she was facing the mirror infront of us.
"I dare you to scream butterfly and you know very well I love challanges, don't I?" A playful smirked danced on my lips to which she rolled her eyes.
"I love the way you rolles your eyes at me," I whispered in her ears fueling her anger more but I liked it.
"What happened? Scream butterfly and let everyone come here, they should also know everything about us, don't you think?"
"I said leave me Aditya," My this name from her mouth sounded unfamiliar to me as she used to call me Adi.
"Do you think darling, I'll let you go outside like this infront of the men working here? Never ever, so stop arguing and stand here silently till I do this, understand?" She didn't say anything, just stood there letting me zip the chain of her gown, My fingers touched her body making her shiver. She shut her eyes and held her gown tightly.
Don't know why but I liked it that still my touch effects her the way they effected her five years ago. My gaze shifted to the mole on her neck whom I used to adore one time, I moved towards her ear and whispered,
"I love to see you shivering under my touch butterfly," She opened her eyes pulled me away from her going outside the room meanwhile me looked at her retreating figure.
My phone started ringing again, I walked outside the store and pick up the call.
●Kritika's POV
I walked outside and stood near wall controling my heart beat, What was that? Whenever he's around why I loss my control on myself. I hate myself for reacting like that under his effect. I lost my control myself when he ran his fingers on my back, why did I even let him touch me?
I shouldn't have let him do that, I can't ignore the fact my heart still craves for him, wants to be him but no kritika, you have to make understand your heart this isn't possible. He's just a enemy for you now.
Controlling my heartbeat I went towards everyone and final this dress, after two-three hours of shopping we all drove to our respective home. Walking inside my house, I ran towards my room and took out my pills. In last three years, I never needed these pills but now I have to because of him.
"Princess stop!" Bhai came inside the room and snatched the bottle of pills from my hand,
"It's not good for your health, you know with how much difficulty you stopped to eat these pills and now you're again going to take it. Control yourself, don't let him affect you, you have to be strong bacha," I hugged bhai tightly and broke down in his arms.

"Bhai why? I am again losing myself, why he affects me so much, why he still have the same effect on me?" I cried my heart out telling bhai how much it hurts me.
"Princess, I'm just stopping myself because of the promise you took from me otherwise he would have dead till now,"

"Good, that's like my strong princess," Bhai kissed my forehead and walked outside of the room. I stood up and walked inside the bathroom for calming my nerves.
Coming out of the bathroom after having soothing shower, I walked downstairs for the dinner in the dinning room.
"Kritika beta are you okay? After coming home you directly went in your room, Something you want to share bache?" Papa asked me looking worried. I shook my head in denial,
"No papa, everything is alright. You know na I have habit of taking shower after coming home from long drive and by the way I'm so much excited for tomorrow, afterall bhai is getting engaged tomorrow," I tried to change the topic which bhai noticed but choose to stay silent.
"Mumma, meri shaadi kb karwaoge? Vikrant bhai ki bhi shaadi ho rahi hai ab to, mai hi akela reh jaunga," Said Kunal dramatically to Chachi in response chachi slapped his head.

"Bhai hume baal vivah ke case mai jail nahi jaana hai," Riya pulled Kunal's leg who glared at her.

"Mai tujhe bacha kahan se lgta hoon?" Asked Kunal irritatingly,

"Oh shutup! Wo to chipkali ka shakal tere se match krta hai isliye mai dar jaata hoon," Said Kunal showing his toungue to Riya who rolled her eyes.

"Tum dono ka ho gaya ho to khana khalo," Said chachu making both of them shut.

After having dinner, everyone went in their respective room to sleep as tomorrow is very big day. I also did my skincare and laid on the bed hugging my soft toy.

I woke up by the warmth of sunlight streaming through the window. I did my morning routines, and walked downstairs to see my chatterboxes again bickering like children, even children are better than them.
"You're so dramatic, Hollywood should hire you," Said Kunal to Riya who was standing on the couch glaring at him meanwhile everyone was enjoying the scene having their tea.
"Atleast I'm good in something but look at you just playing video games everyday like a zombie," I joined everyone enjoying first-class scene infront of us.
"You're a human version of a mosquito - annoying and always buzzing around!" Said kunal showing his teeths to her.
"At least I don't snore like a chainsaw!" Riya replied smirking wider,
"Your jokes are older than Mom's cooking!" Chachi stopped having her tea and glared at Kunal,
"What did you say kunal bete?" And here we heard the sweet voice of chachi indicating the thunderstrom coming.
"Well he's right," Chachu said laughing but shut his mouth next second when chachi glared at him.
"Well, your fashion sense is older than Dad's," Said Riya turning Chachu's attention to her and now it was Chachi's turn to laugh and Chachu's to glare.
"Hey everyone!" Said Saarah coming inside the house gaining everyone's attention.
"What's going on guys? Chachu ji why are you looking angry you know you should smile always otherwise chachi ji will complain 'Mai kya karu Ram, Mujhe buddha mil gaya," Everyone started laughing and Chachi did high-figh to Saarah.
"Aaja teri hi kami thi, join the bickering session," I said to Saarah who sat beside Bhai,
"Bhai aap ese kuch sikhate nhi ho kya ki bare logon se kaise bat karte hain?" Asked Saarah to bhai,
(Bhai don't you teach her how to talk to elder people?)
"Tu mujhse badi kbse ho gayi?" I asked her snatching my cookies from her hand which she took from my plate,

"Don't forget daring, I'm one month forteen days older than you. You should start calling me didi and give me some respect dude," I glared at her meanwhile she did high-figh with mumma who joined her in bickering against me.
"Seriously Saaru? You aren't child anymore so stop behaving like child,"
"Dil to bacha hai ji," Said Papa and Saarah together, after our bickering session everyone went busy in preprations. Soon, time slipped and the time came when the guests started coming. Me ready in my beautiful dark blue gown walked inside the beautiful decorated place with Saarah who was ready in lavendar colour gown.
Soon, His family also came but I don't myself why my eyes were searching for him and when they find his eyes, the world around me seems blurry to me, in this moment I felt like there is I and him only. He was ready in same colour coat pant as mine, huhhh-how?
I teared my gaze from him to the couples standing in the centre of the hall, soon the engagement started and Bhabhi slid the ring in bhai's finger, Bhai bent down on his knees holding bhabhi's hand, everyone started hooting and bhai slid the ring in bhabhi's hand.
Everyone got busy in the party, I walked towards papa who called me towards him,
"Kritika beta do you remember him?" Papa asked me about the man standing infront of me,
"Ritvik!" He is my school friend but after tenth, I changed my school so we get seprated.
"Glad to know, you still remember me kritika," He said while hugging me.
"How can I forget you topper," Said Saarah coming towards us,
"Chuhiya, how are you?" Asked Ritvik to Saarah who rolled her eyes at the nickname he had given her.
"You're still same,"
"Ok bachon, I'm going to annouce Kritika's identity," Said papa going towards the stage.
"Attention Everyone! Thanks to all of for attenting this engagement party and for you well wishes. I know you all are excited to know about your princess and as I said earlier I'll reveal this truth on the day of my son's engagement so here's the day. I want to invite my daughter and princess of udaipur on the stage,
Kritika Malhotra," I went on the stage and everyone's attention was on me, my eyes met with his who was looking stunted by the shocking revelation.
"I want to annouce one more thing, that I have fixed my daughter's marriage with my friend's son Ritvik Khurana," My eyes widened hearing papa, I looked towards him with shocked expression.
